Do you take walk-in appointments?
The shop is open by appointment only. Please schedule your bridal consultation or accessory appointment here.
Your schedule is full- can I join a waitlist?
Absolutely! Please click here to be added to our waitlist.
Can I bring more than three guests?
You are more than welcome to bring three guests to the shop with the bride. If you would like to bring a fourth, there is an additional non-refundable booking fee of $50.
(Pro Tip: The less opinions, the better!)
Do you hold dresses?
Nope! Come ready to fall in love with a dress and take it home the same day!
Do you accept returns?
All of our dresses are purchased right off the rack and are first-come, first-serve and final sale.
Do you sell bridesmaid and MOB dresses?
When we receive Bridesmaids and MOB dresses, we sell them in our sister shop, Charity’s First Picks.
re: Donations
Can I donate my dress from [insert year here]?
We are currently accepting wedding dresses 5 years old and younger.
How do I donate my dress? In the box?
We do not accept wedding dresses in preservation boxes. Please remove your dress from the box and put it in a bag or small envelope to donate. You can donate in person any time during business hours or by mail.
Do you purchase dresses?
100% of our inventory is generously donated. We do not purchase, consign, or rent dresses.
Is my donation tax deductible?
SIS is a 501(c)(3) and all donations are tax deductible. If you drop your dress off in-person, we will give you a paper receipt. If you are mailing your dress, email us at info@cheriesb.com for a digital copy.
Do I need to have my dress cleaned?
Save your money and send us your dirty dress! We make sure that all dresses are cleaned before they go on our sales floor. However, if you send us a clean dress, we will never complain. *wink wink*
